Do you feel like you’re destined to be tired? Dread each morning because you feel weak and sluggish, barely making it out of bed let alone through the day? Or maybe you’re moving super slow, leaving things undone and the to-do list is growing faster than you can check them off.

 

Are you in desperate need for naps every day? To‐ tally on record, I love naps from time to time, I don’t like the strength of tiredness that forces a nap daily.

I was there. Energy dodged my capture like Sasquatch. (That’s not an admission that I’ve searched for Sasquatch, but maybe now that I use natural ways to increase energy, at least it’s an option.)

 

Then there’s the fact I don’t drink coffee. The truth of it is. Coffee is gross and these days coffee isn’t even coffee anymore. It’s lotsa ounces of sugar with a dash of caffeine.

 

Not my idea of delectable.

 

Energy drinks, my once detestable liquid choice, are not any better.

 

It’s a cruel joke anyway, pretend energy.

 

Sugar spikes blood sugar which tricks us into thinking there’s an increase in energy then, CRASH!

 

Striving after increased energy is stressful. I know your pain well.

 

You need increased energy. Make your longing to feel alive a reality. Finally, enjoy the present moment. No more counting down the hours until bedtime. Live. Laugh. And then laugh more!

CONTROL EMOTIONS

Emotions drain gigantic amounts of energy from your body. Start being aware of how you are reacting to circumstances and daily tasks. If you are reacting rather than responding you’re using more energy than is necessary. Focus on what you can control

and let everything else go. Make it a priority to control your emotions.

BLACK TEA

Black tea packs in antioxidants that fight toxins and fortify your immune system. In addition, unlike coffee, black tea helps you relax and concentrate. Often put on the back burner because of the lower milligrams of caffeine, only 40 compared to 85 in black coffee. The lower amounts in this delightful cup of warmth enhance blood flow while keeping your heart safe from over-stimulation.

 

LESS SLEEP

Sleeping less is not the typical response when striving for natural ways to increase energy. Studies show that oversleeping can cause more tiredness. You would be surprised by what 30 minutes can do. Play around with your sleep times and wake times to find what truly works for you. Although one individual may need a full eight hours 6.5 may work better for you. Test it and see the changes. You may find you are sleeping too much. If you are not already, now is the perfect time to become a morning person.

 

DRINK WATER

Sadly, the fact that the body is made of 75% water is overlooked. If you ponder that fact and get real about how much water you’re consuming most likely you’ll find the body is dying for more water. Ideally, you should be consuming half your body weight in ounces of water. Get a large 32-64 ounce container and be sure to drink “enough” water each day. If you’re not feeding your body water it will struggle. You’re body naturally needs water. Drinking water is top among natural ways to increase energy.

 

IRON

Iron is a mineral your body needs to produce red blood cells. If your iron levels are low your system cannot create enough healthy red blood cells which carry oxygen. Not enough oxygen means hindering one of the bodies natural ways to increase energy. You need oxygen for energy because your body is made primarily of oxygen. Replenish your iron. Your body will thank you.

HAVE FUN MOVING

In other words, exercise. Before you rush past, you must know, exercise doesn’t have to be rigorous routine. need to choose to move more though. In the age of YouTube, there are endless options. Search until you find what looks FUN. Dancing, shuffling, walking, running, YouTube has it and more. Your body is made to be in motion. The more active you are the more your body will respond positively.

 

STOP DRINKING

Alcohol is a downer. They increase tiredness rather than increase energy. Many believe alcohol will increase energy because it’s commonly related to social drinking. However, alcohol actually causes drowsiness not to mention, consuming too much results in proof that energy isn’t a common side effect. Besides alcohol also adds weight. So if you stop drinking and start moving you’ve got easy weight loss on your horizon.

 

LIMIT SUGAR

Sugar is horrible for your body. It has zero nutritional value, instead, has adverse effects, one of them being sapping your energy from you. Sugar consumption is an epidemic and since it’s in virtually every thing you have to be aware of whatyou out it your body, nevertheless, it will yield a dynamic return on your investment.

When you limit your sugar intake you’ll decrease how much gas your body produces and also a spike in clean energy. It not that pretend stuff energy drink provide, there’s no crash. Your body will thank you. The best way to quit consuming it is going cold and eating more vegetables. The less sugar you eat the less your body will crave it.

Although sugar is more addictive than heroine cravings are much more forgiving. the less you eat the less you crave. It’s truly a win-win situation.

Read your Bible every single day. It doesn’t have to be hours worth of study time but it needs to be every day. Reading Gods word will rejuvenate your whole being and bring you increased energy. Jesus said we don’t live by bread alone and it is written that God gives strength.

29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:29 – 31

And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not. Isaiah 58:11
